When you submit a home valuation or contact request, we may collect information you provide such as your name, property address, email address, phone number, and anticipated selling timeframe. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, referring page, and site usage data if analytics are enabled.

How we use information

If you provide a phone number and consent to contact, Lend Pointe may contact you about your request by telephone or text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. You may ask us to stop communication at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, lead management, or other business functions, subject to appropriate contractual or legal requirements. We may also disclose information when required by law.
